What is inventory?
Cargo counting service is a service that counts the actual quantity of goods when delivering or receiving with ships or other means, as authorized by the shipper, consignee or carrier, in order to provide customers with objective and complete reports on the quantity and quality of goods after delivery and receipt. It is the process of checking and classifying goods according to packaging, counting and calculating to record the specific quantity of goods during the delivery and receipt process by day and by shipment.

This is evidence for the buyer to calculate the actual quantity of goods received and put into their warehouse and is the basis for calculating claims and compensation from insurance companies and ship owners due to shortage of goods (if any).
Goods counting process?
– Organize a department with experience in counting during the loading and unloading of goods to ensure the exact quantity of goods delivered and received.
– Check the packaging and labeling of the goods to count the quantity of each type of goods.
– Check and supervise the packaging specifications and packaging materials in accordance with the Packing List, Sales Contract, other agreements between the buyer and seller as well as the suitability for transporting the goods by sea or other means of transport.
